Caitlin looked at the phone number for a second or two. Then she looked up and saw how awful she looked in the mirror. Damp hair. Mascara streaked across her face. She screamed.
"OH MY GOD!" How could he stand looking at her? She put down the phone number and went to wash her face. Thankfully, a little bar of ivory helped scrub away the debris.
She didn't know which to do first. Put his number in her phone or take a shower.
She punched in his phone number into her cell and it rang..
"I'm am so so sorry." She said very quickly.
"Caitlin?" He sounded as if this couldn't be her.
"Where are you?" She squinted, feeling miserable.
"Just out side your door." He told her.
"Really?" She winced.
"My roommate's got a girl in our room. Seriously. I'm not a liar." He was definitely serious.
She openned the door then, and she smiled. She'd never really saved anyone from anything.
