"Wait, let me get this straight?" Had Logan missed something? "Why is Megan even coming back here?" He wasn't sure he approved of her bringing someone with her to move in, as well. "What's wrong with this dude?" He looked at Caitlin as if she should speak her mind. After all, it was just the two of them grocery shopping.
"I dunno." She shrugged, all in different as she reached for some cornflakes that he ended up getting for her. "Nothing, I guess."
"Are you sure?" Logan wanted the truth. He grabbed some breakfast drink mix and Alex's favorite Earl Grey Tea.
"Maybe..maybe I want to meet him." Caitlin finally said. "Megan won't shut up about him"
"But..but he's moving in?" Logan sighed. "We don't even know if he's roommate material. Besides, if anyone should be moving in, it's Hattie."
Logan told Caitlin that she was getting better. Drug-free. Living at a half-way house.
"Who knows..how long that might last." Caitlin didn't seem fond of the idea of Hattie moving in.
"You, don't even know her." Logan informed her.
"We don't know Timo, either." Caitlin winced as she forged on with the grocery list.
Logan felt as if Hattie was the little sister he never had. He hoped she moved in some day soon.
